Turkey and Kale Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms

These Turkey and Kale Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms are full of taste, excessive in protein, and half the work of your typical stuffed mushrooms.

Elements

  • Shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and stems eliminated (any measurement, however medium/giant caps work greatest)
  • 1 lb lean floor turkey
  • half of cup candy onion, diced
  • half of cup Celery, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • half of cup shiitake mushrooms (further from caps)
  • 1 cup Kale, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • Oil and cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Asiago cheese

Instructions

  • In a skillet on medium warmth sautée onions, celery, garlic, and diced shiitakes for three minutes.
  • Add turkey. Cook dinner till virtually all of the pink coloration is gone.
  • Add kale and a couple of tablespoons Worcestershire. Enable kale to wilt.
  • Place shiitake caps on a lined baking sheet. Evenly coat with oil. Mud each side with Cayenne pepper.
  • Spoon turkey/kale combination onto ready mushroom caps.
  • Place caps in preheated oven (350 levels). Cook dinner for six minutes.
  • Add cheese. Cook dinner for 5-6 extra minutes.
  • Serve heat.
  • Observe: I used eight medium/giant caps and had further turkey combination for leftovers. Use solely sufficient cheese to style to maintain it low calorie.
